Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 3-7business days (Custom orders can take 10-14 business days) excluding weekends and holidays after receiving your order confirmation email.  You will receive another email when your order has shipped.  

In the event there is a high volume of orders, processing time can be up to 7 business days for items ordered as shown on our website and up to 10-14 business days for custom orders.  Coco's Creationz LLC does not have any control for any packages being delayed by the US Postal Service as these situations are out of our control.  No refund will be issued for shipping delays that are not caused by Coco's Creationz LLC.

Coco's Creationz LLC only ships within the United States and uses the US Postal Services for all shipping needs.  All orders are shipped via 2-Day Priority Mail with $50 insurance and tracking included.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates:  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For simple flat rate shipping (i.e. Priority Mail):  We offer $9.99 flat rate shipping to all 50 states within the United States.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive and email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.  In some cases, it may take 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
